I am John Higgins. I bring over 30 years of expertise in health and safety management across construction, civil engineering, building maintenance, and demolition projects, with a strong track record of operating as Principal Contractor.

An accomplished Health and Safety professional, my consultancy is built on a foundation of proven leadership, behavioural safety coaching, and mentoring excellence as recognised by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.

I specialise in creating and embedding high-performing safety cultures within complex, high-risk environments, aligning safety strategies seamlessly with organisational objectives to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Innovative Safety Training Solutions: I do this through a mix of in person and online training sessions, and for a major utilities company I developed and launched across their One Supply Chain an educational health and safety DVD addressing the six most common injury categories, significantly reducing personal injury incidents and enhancing safety awareness across the workforce. Strategic Performance Leadership: By providing strategic guidance, behavioural safety training, and proactive trend analysis, I have helped organisations secure prestigious client-mandated 5-star performance ratings, elevating them to first-tier contractor status.
